Joseph Goldstein, co-founder of Insight Meditation Society, teacher and author of numerous books, including A Heart Full of Peace, will give a talk in Ottawa on Friday June 20, 2008 from 7 to 9 pm. and a workshop on Saturday June 21, 2008 from 9 am. to 5 pm.entitled: Courage and Wisdom: The exploration of right effort on the journey of awakening.
